Infographic: Low Carb Guru Guide

The low-carb universe is much more diverse than many dieters realize. Everyone wants to lose fat and be more healthy overall, but the specific recommendations can vary a lot from one low-carb guru to another.

Here is an infographic that I put together featuring some of my favorite “Low-Carb Superheroes.” (I obviously couldn’t include everyone). This is my first foray into the land of infographics, so let me know what you think in the comments below! Oh, and if you click on the infographic, a larger version will come up.

lol lovely infographic

Just a word to tell you i love your blog because you seem to have more interesting tastes than other low-carb recipe authors (I remember reading on a popular lowcarb recipe site that the writer didn’t add cardamom to her recipe because she didn’t like the smell, then rating the finished recipe badly in the end – duh!!). You seem to hang out in finer restaurants than the typical lowcarber.

So yeah I’ve been bookmarking some of your stuff in my recipe folder.

Thanks! I’ve always enjoyed eating a lot, and since I started cooking more, I’ve realized that there are simply tons of great spices out there. I’m starting to experiment with some Indian spices – hopefully that will yield some great recipes soon 🙂

This is so fun! I hope you’ll consider adding Peter Attia, MD, as one of the heroes some day.
